LaFayette Basketball closed out area play with a win over the Horseshoe Bend Generals. The Bulldogs were 2-0 on the season against the Generals.
LaFayette Coach Obadiah Threadgill allowed some of his key starters to get some much needed rest for this game. Point guard and team captain Corey Boston sat the whole first half and as a result the Bulldogs struggled.
Boston would start the second half and provide the boost the Bulldogs needed. He would put on a full arsenal of defensive and offensive plays giving the Bulldogs a much needed spark.
The Bulldogs finished the night with a 46-34 victory over the Generals.
Zarion Moore led the scoring for the Bulldogs with 12-points.
