Chambers County Career Technical school’s Health Science class recently practiced their lab skills. Included in the skills were infection control,applying personal protective equipment, patient safety, sterile technique and teamwork. Lab simulations are used to give the students experience in varied situations. As you can see they were successful in saving their patient’s life. The students are currently active in clinical at EAMC-Lanier where they are able to futher their skills with real-life situations performing patient care. The students are part of the Patient Care Technician class and will test for certification when they complete the course.
