Head Coach, Jason Allen, stated “I told our guys this would be an offensive line kind of game and they took that to heart. Lowndes really populated the box and made us earn it. We just kept on and eventually our depth and tempo took over the game. I hope this game will be another step in the maturation process of our team.”
The Rebels will celebrate Homecoming as they face the Kingwood Christian Lions of Alabaster on September 22nd with kickoff scheduled for 7:00 ct on Torbert Field. Rebel fans make plans to attend as this is one of only four regular season games played at home this season.
