PFC LeShawn Howell
Proud parents Sharon Howell and Walter L. Carr and stepfather Ron Holloway would like to congratulate their son PFC LeShawn Howell on his one year anniversary of being in the army. LeShawn joined the army three weeks after graduating high school at age 18 on June 16, 2015, completed his basic training at Ft. Jackson, SC on August 27, 2015. He completed AIT (Advanced Individual Training) in Ft. Lee, Virginia, airborne school on Nov. 19-Dec. 8 in Ft. Benning, Ga. LeShawn arrived at Ft. Bragg, NC on Jan. 2, 2016 and went on to complete one of the hardest schools in the army called S.E.R.E. (Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape). After being at his unit for three months and working as a 92 Supply Clerk he went on to become Supply Sergeant at age 19 and the rank of PFC.
