On Wednesday, November 1, 2017, Lafayette High School would like to “Make a Difference” in our school and campus.  “Operation Dog Pound” will be a school and community-wide day of cleaning.  We hope to put a sparkle and shine on our Dogs’ house for all of Bulldog Nation to be proud of. The event will begin that morning at 8:30 am CST and ending at 3 pm CST.

This annual event began three years ago in an attempt to beautify and deep clean areas of our building and campus that may get neglected. We would like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation to any and all community members/leaders, parents, alumni and all others that wish to help preserve and keep our Historic campus a place to be proud of.

If by chance you cannot arrange to be present on November 1, 2017, we understand and we will sincerely miss you that day. However, we will gratefully accept any monetary donation or cleaning supplies that can be contributed.

Any items can be dropped off or sent to Lafayette High School. If you have any questions, please contact Casey Chambley, the LHS assistant principal.  A few things needed are: All-purpose cleanER, Clorox, Rags, Small mop buckets, Mops, Windex glass cleaner, Rubber cleaning gloves, Trash bags, Paper towels, Firm bristled brush heads (like concrete brush)
