Trent Potts (pictured center) was selected in March to attend the Blue-Grey Football Combine that was held at the Crampton Bowl in Montgomery, AL on April 24th, 2016. There he competed with many other selected student athletes in speed, strength, agility and skill. His performance led him to being selected to attend the Blue-Grey National All-American Super Combine in Daytona, Fl.
Trent was selected to attend these football combines in part of the way he played on the football field at Chambers Academy this past season. Trent is the starting ouside linebacker for the Chambers Academy Rebels.
At the combines, the participants had a chance to meet with former NFL players, who gave them more insight on how to play football to the best of their abilities and become leaders. By being selected to attend these two combines, Trent could possibly be selected to compete in one of four Blue-Grey All American Bowls, played at NFL stadiums, these games are nationally televised on the Impact Football Network and ESPN3.
