Chick-fil-A joining the lunch menu in LaFayette

LAFAYETTE — Residents and workers in LaFayette will soon have a new lunch option, with Chick-fil-A delivery available every Thursday beginning July 30 through a service organized by LaFayette Main Street.
The weekly service will give people who live and work in LaFayette another convenient lunch option while supporting Main Street’s efforts to bring new opportunities and activity downtown.
“We’re excited to welcome Chick-fil-A’s new delivery option to LaFayette through a designated hotspot delivery location to the LaFayette Main Street office,” said DeAnna Hand, executive director of LaFayette Main Street. “This gives residents, downtown employees, visitors and business owners a convenient way to enjoy Chick-fil-A without making the drive out of town.”
Hand said customers will place their orders through the Chick-fil-A app, select the 25 S. LaFayette St. address as their delivery location and pick up their meals at the scheduled delivery time.
“It’s a simple, convenient service that brings this favorite restaurant closer to our community,” Hand said.
Hand said the Chick-fil-A delivery option is one more way to make daily life more convenient for residents, employees and visitors while supporting Main Street’s broader mission to improve quality of life in LaFayette.
“Convenience matters,” Hand said. “Whether you’re a small business owner, an employee working through lunch, a teacher, healthcare worker or someone visiting downtown, having additional dining options makes everyday life a little easier. It saves time, provides another quality lunch choice and creates one more reason people enjoy spending time in downtown LaFayette.
“It’s also another example of how we’re thinking creatively about meeting community needs. Economic development isn’t always about constructing new buildings. Sometimes it’s about creating services that improve daily life, support our workforce and make our community more competitive. Small improvements like this help make LaFayette an even better place to live, work and do business.”
Hand said the service builds on LaFayette Main Street’s work to bring more activity downtown, support local businesses and create new opportunities for residents and visitors.
