Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Rachel Thompson Loftin, Jeremy R Loftin to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Statewide Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns dated June 10, 2021; said mortgage being recorded on June 11, 2021 in Deed Book 2021, Page 2172 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to CMG Mortgage, Inc. by assignment recorded in Deed Book 2023, Page 379 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama.

Begin at the intersection of the East and West one-half Section line of Section 6, Township 23 North, Range 28 East, Chambers County, Alabama, with the East right of way of Chambers County road 270; thence proceed South 89° 42’ East for a distance of 1065.15 feet to a point for a corner; thence proceed South 02° 02’ East for a distance of 58.85 feet to a point; thence proceed South 24° 57’ East for a distance of 950.23 feet to a point for a corner on the Northerly right of way of Chambers County road 263; thence proceed along said margin of said road with the following courses and distances: Along a curve in said road with a chord bearing of North 81° 05’ 42” West for a distance of 244.17 feet (L=225.78, R=546.09); North 69° 15’ West for a distance of 1112.97 feet; along a curve in said road with a chord bearing of North 73° 38’ West for a distance of 84.26 feet; along a curve in said road with a chord bearing of North 79° 09’ West for a distance of 119.29 feet to the point of the intersection of the Northerly right of way of Chambers County road 263 with the Easterly right of way of Chambers County road 270; thence proceed along the Easterly right of way of said last mentioned road North 01° 00’ West for a distance of 450.80 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract or parcel of land contains 18.799 acres, more or less, and is located and situated in Section 6, Township 23 North, Range 28 East, Chambers County, Alabama. Said tract or parcel of land is shown as Tract 1 on a map or plat prepared by William L. Morkes, L.S., AI. Reg. No. 11846, dated May 23, 1997, which said map or plat is recorded in Map Cabinet D, Slide, 92 in the Probate Office, Chambers County, Alabama.
Said property is commonly known as 3454 County Road 263, Five Points, AL 36855.
Should a conflict arise between the property address and the legal description, the legal description will control.
Said property will be sold subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes (including taxes which are a lien, but not yet due and payable), the right of redemption of any taxing authority, all outstanding liens for public utilities which constitute liens upon the property, any matters which might be disclosed by an accurate survey and inspection of the property, any assessments, liens, encumbrances, easements, rights-of-way, zoning ordinances, restrictions, special assessments, covenants, the statutory right of redemption pursuant to Alabama law, and any matters of record including, but not limited to, those superior to said Mortgage first set out above. The City of LaFayette, Alabama is seeking a Wastewater Plant Operator Trainee. The successful candidate should possess a High School Diploma or GED. Lifting, shoveling, and climbing ladders/stairs are required.
The successful candidate will train at the Wastewater plant Monday-Friday (the time will be discussed during the initial interview), attend required classes, study and pass the State Grade III Wastewater Exam to become a Certified Grade III Wastewater Operator.
