Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Mary G. Potts, a single person, to United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, on May 2, 1996, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Chambers County, Alabama, on May 6, 1996 at Book 598, at Page 07, as Document Number 13316.
