CHAMBERS COUNTY — Sheriff Jeff Nelson presented Brent Daniel with a certificate of appreciation for his five years of service.
“What I have here is a certificate of appreciation from the Sheriff's Department, from the county commission and all the powers that be here to let you know how much they appreciate you for your five years of service for the Chambers County Sheriff's Department,” Nelson said. “The commitment and the work ethic that you have is just outstanding. I love working with you. This young man is also one of our FTOs. When we have a supervisor out, he covers and helps run the shift as a supervisor without the ranking and the pay. He always answers the phone when I call, and he's always there and does a great job for us. And we just want to tell you how much we appreciate you.”
