LHS holds balloon release to remember student

On March 13, the sky over the LHS practice field was filled with white and blue as parents, teachers and students gathered to honor the memory of Class of 2028 Cortez Deon “Tre” Stegall.

LHS thanked the family, every student, teacher and community member who joined in the memorial balloon release. For LHS students and Cortez’s loved ones, seeing the LHS family come together in this way was the result of how much Cortez was loved. LHS said hearts continue to be with the Class of ’28 and the Stegall family.
