Valley Council imposes weed liens to clean up city

VALLEY — Valley Police Chief Mike Reynolds presented a retirement plaque to Shirley Dickinson thanking her for years of hard work for her city.
“I am going to present her with a plaque that reads, Sept. 22, 1998 to Sept. 30, 2025 in appreciation of 27 years and eight days of service with the Valley Police Department, serving in the many capacities throughout the years as a communications officer, police officer, school resource officer, court officer, evidence technician and records clerk,” Reynolds said. “We thank you for your dedication. As you retire, may you be proud of the work that you have done, the person you are and the difference you've made.”
