NOTICE OF LEGAL ACTION
The Chambers County Department of Human Resources filed a petition to terminate the parental rights of April Baek, the mother
of two children whose initials are J.J.B. (born on 11/23/2014) and LLB. (born on 11/08/2017). The mother must file an answer to the petition to terminate her parental rights, filed in the Juvenile Court of Chambers County, Alabama, within thirty (30) days of service, or after that a default judgment or a judgment after a hearing may be rendered terminating all of her parental rights to one or both of these children.
The answer must be
filed with the Chambers County Juvenile Court by sending it to the Chambers County Juvenile Court Clerk, Chambers County Courthouse, 2 South Lafayette Street, Lafayette, Alabama 36862.
