LaFayette Council candidate arrested
According to the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office, Andrew Vines, a candidate for LaFayette’s District B city council seat, was arrested on Aug. 8 over allegations pertaining to ballot harvesting, which is a misdemeanor in Alabama.
